Conditional Lifetime Warranty Policy

As a maker of fine jewelry, I take immense pride in crafting heirloom-quality pieces designed to endure and be cherished for a lifetime.

Every ElyriesEmbers piece is created with the intention of lasting wear. Each design is made entirely by hand, with careful attention to materials and construction — and I stand behind that work.

Each ElyriesEmbers piece is covered by a Conditional Lifetime Warranty, ensuring repairs for any craftsmanship or material defects, determined at my discretion.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser.

The ElyriesEmbers Conditional Lifetime Warranty covers craftsmanship-related issues only and does not include damage caused by improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Repairs required for these reasons may be offered for a fee, subject to evaluation.

What the Warranty Covers

This warranty applies to craftsmanship or material defects only, such as:

Loose or improperly secured components — clasps, knots, or findings — provided the item has not been subjected to improper handling.
Structural issues resulting from a flaw in construction, such as unraveling or failed design elements.
Flawed materials that result in breakage, provided the jewelry has been used in accordance with the Fine Jewelry Care Guidelines.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply to the following:

Normal wear and tear — scratches, tarnish, or dulling over time.

Accidental damage — dropping, crushing, impacts, or other accidents.

Improper care or storage — damage caused by exposure to chemicals, improper cleaning, or failure to follow the Fine Jewelry Care Guidelines.

Third-party repairs or alterations — modifications or repairs made outside of ElyriesEmbers.

Warranty Claims Evaluation

All warranty claims are subject to review and approval at my discretion. I will assess whether the issue is covered under the warranty based on the nature of the defect and adherence to the Fine Jewelry Care Guidelines.

Requesting a Repair or Inquiring About Warranty Coverage

If your jewelry requires a repair, please contact me through the Contact page with the following:

Proof of purchase from ElyriesEmbers.com — such as a screenshot or order confirmation
Clear photographs of the damaged piece

I will respond within 5 business days with further instructions and a detailed evaluation to determine whether the repair qualifies for warranty coverage or requires a paid repair quote.

Shipping costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping on all repairs.

Loose components: Please save and secure any loose beads or components prior to sending your piece for repair.

Non-Warranty Repairs

If damage is determined not to be covered under warranty, I will assess the piece for potential repair or restoration. An invoice for repair charges will be issued and must be paid in full before any work begins.

Important Notes on Repairs

Hand-knotted designs — Many ElyriesEmbers necklaces are individually hand-knotted to prevent bead loss in the rare event of a break. Please make every effort to save any loose beads or components for the repair.

Unique materials — Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of my designs, exact replacements for gemstones, fossils, or beads may not always be available. I will do my best to restore your piece as closely as possible to its original form.

Warranty scope — The Conditional Lifetime Warranty applies exclusively to ElyriesEmbers handmade jewelry pieces only.
