Booking & Scheduling
How do I book a session?
All sessions can be booked directly through the “Work With Me” page. Select the session or package that resonates, choose your date and time, and complete your booking via the secure Square integration.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment.
- Sessions are reserved especially for you, and full prepayment is required at booking.
- You may reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours in advance, and your payment will be applied as a full credit toward a future session, to be used within 30 days of the original appointment date.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
What session lengths are available?
I offer a range of sessions to meet your needs, from a brief introduction to deep transformational work:
- Complimentary Discovery Session – 20–30 minutes, complimentary for first-time clients
- Personal Transformational Session – 70 minutes
- Couples Transformational Session – 90 minutes
- The Ember Path – 31-Day Mentorship Program – an intensive, personalized journey over 31 days for rapid transformation, with continuous access to guidance and support throughout the program.
Can I book multiple sessions at once?
Yes! You’re welcome to schedule any of the standard sessions at your own pace. Booking sessions when you have specific goals, challenges, or moments where you feel you need extra guidance can be especially helpful for maintaining momentum in your transformation journey.
You can book as often or as little as you like—each session is designed to support you exactly where you are and help you move forward with clarity, insight, and empowerment.

How often should I schedule sessions?
There’s no set rule — you can book as often or as little as you like. Many clients find that regular sessions help maintain momentum and support consistent growth, especially when working toward specific goals. You’re always in control of your schedule and pace.
What’s the difference between a single session and ongoing work?
A single session offers focused guidance for a specific question, theme, or moment of clarity you’re seeking right now.
Ongoing work allows for a deeper unfolding — giving us space to explore patterns, integrate insights, and create lasting transformation over time.
Many clients begin with one session to experience the energy of the work, then continue as they feel called. Each path is valid and guided by your own readiness and intuition.

What happens during a coaching session?
Each session is heart-centered and tailored to your needs. We meet virtually, one-on-one via FaceTime or Google Meet, creating a safe and welcoming space to explore your experiences, uncover patterns, and co-create actionable steps to move forward. You’ll receive guidance, insight, and tools that support clarity, empowerment, and integration.
How should I prepare for my session?
Before our time together, take a moment to set up a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax and focus. Having a notebook nearby is helpful for writing down insights or reflections. You may also wish to gather items that bring you comfort or inspiration—like crystals, tea or coffee, a cozy blanket, a floor pillow, or even a simple fidget tool. These small touches can help you feel grounded and present. I’ll meet you on our scheduled call platform, ready to guide you on this sacred journey!
How are sessions conducted, and what do I need to connect?
Sessions take place via secure video call (Google Meet or FaceTime), depending on your preference. All you need is a device with video and audio capabilities and a stable internet connection. You’ll receive all necessary connection details once your booking is confirmed. This ensures our time together flows smoothly and that you can fully engage in your session. I’ll be there to guide you every step of the way!
How can I get the most out of my session?
Your session is a space for deep connection, insight, and growth. To get the most from our time together, bring your whole self—your thoughts, feelings, curiosity, and willingness to explore. Approach the session with an open heart, honesty, and commitment to your own journey. Engage fully, take notes if helpful, and allow yourself to be present in the process. The energy and intention you bring in will directly shape the clarity, insight, and transformation you take away. I’ll be here to hold the space for you with care, compassion, and support, but your participation is the spark that brings the transformation to life.
What happens after my session?
After your session, it’s normal to feel lighter, reflective, or even tender as new awareness settles in. Give yourself space to integrate — maybe take a quiet walk, journal, hydrate, ground, or rest.
Energy continues to move and unfold for days after our time together. Trust your body and emotions to guide the pace of your integration. If something significant arises, you can note it for reflection in a future session or reach out when you feel ready for the next step.

Am I “ready” for coaching or guidance?

What if I don’t know what I want or what I need yet?

Can I book a session if I’m unsure what I need or what I’m looking for?

Do I have to follow a specific path or method?
No! You are unique! Your journey is unique! All sessions are shaped around your beautiful individuality and accommodate your needs, pace, and preferences. We’ll work with the tools, practices, and guidance that feel most supportive and resonant for you.
How do I know if I’m connecting with the right guide or approach for me?

What if I feel emotional or triggered during a session?

During my session, can I ask questions or share anything I want?
Absolutely. Your session is a safe, sacred space for exploration, discovery, and insight. All conversation is held in confidence and with respect.
Will I be judged for my thoughts, feelings, or questions?
Never. This is a safe and compassionate space, where you are met with respect, care, an open heart, and love at every step of your journey.
What if I feel stuck or like I can’t change?
Feeling stuck is part of the journey, and it’s an opportunity for growth. My sessions are designed to support movement, clarity, and integration—helping you take practical steps forward, no matter where you begin.
Is what I share kept confidential?
Yes, absolutely. All sessions are private and held with the utmost respect for your trust and confidentiality.
What is your approach to trauma or past experiences?
My trauma-informed approach honors your past experiences with compassion and respect, while focusing on integration, insight, and forward movement. We gently explore what arises as it supports your healing and growth — always with the intention of helping you reclaim your clarity, confidence, and personal power.
What if something comes up after my session that I need support with?
Often, insights continue to unfold after our time together, bringing up new emotions or clarity. This is part of the healing process. I encourage you to ground through journaling, meditation, and gentle self-care.

Policies & Expectations
Do I need to sign a client agreement before our first session?
Yes. This agreement is required for new clients only.
Before our first session, you’ll receive a Client Agreement outlining important information about our work together — including confidentiality, scheduling, and session expectations. This agreement ensures that we both enter our time together with clarity, mutual respect, and understanding.
You’ll receive the form after booking, and it must be reviewed and signed before your first session begins.
Is it okay if I have a busy or unpredictable schedule?
Absolutely! You can book sessions at times that work best for you, fitting around your life and commitments. Once scheduled, sessions are reserved just for you, and any changes must follow our rescheduling policy to ensure your time is fully honored.
Is coaching the same as therapy or counseling?
Coaching is not therapy or counseling. While we may explore past experiences for insight and integration, sessions are future-focused and action-oriented. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health concerns, nor is it crisis intervention.
Can I combine coaching with other forms of support?
Yes. Coaching can complement therapy, spiritual practices, and/or personal development work. I do not replace medical or mental health treatment, but our sessions can provide insight, clarity, and tools to support your overall well-being.
Where can I find help if I am in crisis or need urgent support?
If you are ever in crisis, please know you are not alone and there is support available right away.
My coaching sessions are a safe space for personal growth, spiritual exploration, and life clarity. That said, coaching is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment.
